Cancellations are a part of life, but we require a notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a €25 fee.
No-shows also incur a €25 fee. This policy enables us to maintain a high standard of service and availability for all clients.

While we do not currently require a deposit, we reserve the right to ask for one in the future to secure your slot.
